Garrett's Intoduction

 Hello, my name is Garrett Marchant, I'm a Communications Major at HCC. I'm very excited for this course, I'm a film fanatic, and I miss the movie theatre more than anybody. I'm hoping we'll get to see older and more historical films that have helped pave the way for the newer generations of film makers, and I also hope I'll just get some great movie recommendations while gaining knowledge and understanding on the unique ways certain films are made. I'm not fearful of much, though I do hate having to use an endless amount of different online platforms to obtain an education. However, like everyone else, I am flexible and adapting to the "new normal". I'm excited to getting to know everyone a bit better this Thursday!
